Love and freedom desktop wallpaper - Galatians 5:13-14

I cannot get enough of The Message's paraphrase of Galatians 5:13-14:

"It is absolutely clear that God has called you to a free life. Just make sure that you don't use this freedom as an excuse to do whatever you want to do and destroy your freedom. Rather, use your freedom to serve one another in love; that's how freedom grows. For everything we know about God's Word is summed up in a single sentence: Love others as you love yourself. That's an act of true freedom."

Lets face it, its not a literal translation of the text but for me, those last two sentences sum up exactly how God wants us to live out our faith. Jesus bought us freedom from the law so that we are no longer subject to it. He then writes it on our hearts so that we can experience full, deep, thick, life; not following rules. But we sometimes allow our own evil desires to enslave us. This removes the freedom Christ bought us and stops us living life to the full. Therefore loving others as you love yourself (the essence of the law) expresses true freedom.

Isn't that brilliant?

Anyway, regarding the design:

The 6 bars represent the 6 sections of the bible (torah, history books, wisdom books, major prophets, minor prophets and new testament) thus replacing the the line "For everything we know about God's Word is summed up in a single sentence:".

I did 4 versions and couldn't decide which one I liked the best, so you can choose. Let me know in the comments which one you prefer.
